WHAT'S HAPPENING?

The Greater Columbia BDPA is currently accepting applications for its 2010 High School Computer Training Program (HSCTP).

The program is open to high school students in grades 9 to 12. Students will learn to design, code, document, test and present a finished web development project using various technologies, including HTML, VB.Net, ASP.Net and MySQL.

WHEN and WHERE

The HSCTP Orientation will be on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 11:30am at the Midlands Technical College Northeast Campus.

Classes will be taught on Saturdays–9:30am-12:30pm starting March 13, 2010 to June 26, 2010.

Students will be eligible to compete for a position on the HSCC team which will compete at BDPA’s National Conference to be held in Philadelphia in July 28-31, 2010. Winning team members will enjoy an all expense paid trip to the conference.
